Dr. Thummel is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology, Visual and Anatomical Sciences, Director of the Graduate Program in that department, and Director of the M.D./Ph.D. program. He works closely with Ms. Dona and the student leadership in the program on admissions, advising, and program improvements. He is also the primary resource in guiding students through the F30 fellowship submission process.

Ms. Doña is the Associate Director of the Biomedical Graduate Programs Office. Deanna oversees admissions for all the Ph.D. and M.D./Ph.D. students in the School of Medicine. She also oversees the tuition and fee payments and Personnel processing for all M.D./Ph.D. students. She is a great resource for information on tuition and fee payments, health benefits, and financial aid.
