While many of our students commute to campus, there is a growing number of graduate students from around the country and around the world who are benefiting from life on the WSU campus. This new demand is resulting in an increased supply of apartments, houses, and even contemporary loft condominiums. In fact, Wayne State is partnering with a number of local organizations to fulfill this growing demand for quality mid-town housing for students, faculty and staff.
After quality education, the safe campus environment is the university’s number one priority – and living on campus gives our students the ability to easily get to class, while providing the freedom to explore all that Detroit has to offer.
